I am Cheryl Denise Baker. I am a trauma-informed coach and facilitator, wounded healer, friend, wife, sister, auntie, godmother and daughter.
My work in the world is an extension of my being, embracing my own healing experiences to support others compassionately. My coaching approach explores identity and empowers individuals to understand and pursue their true selves, focusing on shifting perspectives and promoting justice. I work within a trauma-informed framework, acknowledging the impact of past experiences on current realities.
